Before we kick off in Portugal, you’ll receive a few questions online to reflect on your learning goals and your motivation to join.We’ll then schedule an intake session—your chance to connect with your trainer, clarify your focus, and ask anything that’s on your mind. This intake happens one month before departure.

Before The Intensive kicks off, you’ll have an online intake where we dive into your goals and intentions.
Once in Portugal, everything is focused on your growth. Between sessions, there’s time to relax—in your room, by the pool, at the natural spring, or with a well-deserved massage.
