Assessments
Brout offers selection and development assessments for employers and their employees. These assessments show you which capabilities and talents a candidate already has for a particular role and which could be further developed. We use capability testing, personality questionnaires, an in-depth interview and practical simulations. At the end, the results will be discussed with the candidate. You will also receive a report containing positive or negative advice.
