Building trust & connection

The workshop is centered around the BRAVING model of Brené Brown. The bring outs of this workshop are:

• Boundaries: Attendees will learn how to establish clear and healthy boundaries with their team members, which will improve communication, prevent burnout, and foster trust.
• Reliability: The workshop will cover strategies for being reliable, including following through on commitments and being accountable for one’s actions, which will increase trust and respect among team members.
• Accountability: Participants will learn how to hold themselves and others accountable for their actions and decisions, which will strengthen relationships and foster a culture of responsibility.
• Vault: The workshop will cover the importance of confidentiality and discretion in building trust and fostering healthy relationships within the team.
• Integrity: Attendees will learn how to act with integrity by aligning their values with their actions, which will increase respect and trust among team members.
• Non-judgment: The workshop will cover strategies for practicing non-judgmental behavior, such as assuming positive intent and avoiding criticism, which will increase trust and psychological safety within the team.
• Generosity: Participants will learn how to be generous with their time, resources, and support for their team members, which will foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration, and increase overall team performance.
