What is the 360 leadership scan about?

Participants start by requesting the assessment. They then receive instructions on how to gather feedback from their manager, peers, direct reports, and people from their personal environment. The profile provides insight into six leadership styles, namely:

  • Personal leadership
  • Coaching leadership
  • Vulnerable leadership
  • Servant leadership
  • Inspirational leadership
  • Leadership and change

The personal scores are compared to the scores of the feedback providers. This creates insight into the participant’s own perception compared to his/her context. The participant gains insight into the areas where there is room for development.
