Program
Before we kick off in Portugal, you’ll receive a few questions online to reflect on your learning goals and your motivation to join.We’ll then schedule an intake session—your chance to connect with your trainer, clarify your focus, and ask anything that’s on your mind. This intake happens one month before departure.

Before you arrive, an online intake helps you define your learning goals. Every detail of your stay — the coaching, yoga, food, and group work — is designed to serve your development.
